My coaching approach is compassionate, encouraging, and personalized. I believe lasting wellness comes from taking small, sustainable steps rather than making overwhelming changes. I meet each client where they are, whether they are just beginning their wellness journey, returning after a setback, or living with limited mobility. Together, we create realistic goals that fit their lifestyle and celebrate every milestone along the way. My coaching blends seated exercise, holistic wellness, Reiki, crystal healing, aromatherapy, and practical lifestyle guidance to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build healthier habits with confidence. My goal is to help clients improve mobility, increase energy, reduce stress, and create lasting changes that enhance their quality of life.
