I bring over two decades of experience working within human systems—as a therapist, leader, and executive—supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations through complexity, transition, and change.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership and healing. Not as separate paths, but as the same work expressed in different contexts.
I work with individuals and leaders who are carrying a lot—personally, relationally, or professionally. Many are navigating transitions, questioning what’s next, or recognizing that the way they’ve been operating no longer fully fits. There doesn’t have to be something “wrong” to begin. Often, there’s simply an awareness that something is shifting.
My approach is rooted in presence, discernment, and relational awareness. Drawing from trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and systems-oriented practices, I support clients in slowing down enough to notice patterns, understand themselves more deeply, and respond with greater intention.
This is not surface-level work. It’s not about quick fixes or simply managing symptoms. It’s about understanding what’s beneath the surface—how patterns formed, how they show up in relationships and leadership, and how to shift them in a way that is sustainable and aligned.
In our work together, you can expect a space that is grounded, thoughtful, and real. A place where you can be seen and witnessed without needing to perform, explain, or have it all figured out. At the same time, this work is active—we explore, reflect, and practice new ways of being so that insight becomes lived change.
Whether you are navigating leadership, life transition, or personal growth, the focus is the same: reconnecting with yourself, gaining clarity, and moving forward in a way that feels true.
