Populations

I work primarily with women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or trapped in unhealthy relationship patterns. Many of my clients are recovering from emotional abuse, people-pleasing, codependency, or major life transitions. Together we uncover what is true, rebuild self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, and create a life that reflects their values and identity.
