Irini Hara

For over a decade, Irini Hara has dedicated her life to the intersection of healing, sacred wisdom, and human transformation. She is certified in IoPT trauma therapy, art therapy, family constellations, womb and ancestral healing, and the Priestess path of Sacred Sounds — a constellation of gifts she weaves together with both precision and heart.

Her reach is global. She works in 1:1 session and group workshop settings. She is not simply a practitioner — she is a builder of sacred spaces, a keeper of ancient wisdom, and a guide for those ready to go deep. Her specialization are womb trauma and holistic approaches to healing both transgenerational and individual trauma.

Everything she does flows from the same source: a profound belief in the human beings capacity to heal, to grow, and to fully inhabit its own light.

Irini has organised and co-organised more than 150 events across Norway, Italy, Portugal, and Romania; co-created a documentary and the Mary Magdalene Womb Oracle; authored several books; and hosts two podcasts on her YouTube channel.
