Finding a counsellor can be daunting. I am a warm and friendly, non judgmental counsellor who believes that building trust in our relationship is the first step in supporting your needs.
As a person in the LGBTQ+ community, I can support you with a safe space to bring that to our sessions.
I offer short and long-term therapy, working in a Person-Centred integrative way. As every person is an individual, so are the sessions. Therefore, I draw on various approaches which would best support you in a safe and confidential space at a pace that is suitable for you.
