Populations

I love working with people from all walks of life because healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you're just beginning your journey or you've been doing inner work for years, I meet you where you are. Most of the people I work with are ready for change. They may feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by old patterns, or simply know there's more to life than what they're currently experiencing. Together, we explore what's beneath the surface, release what no longer serves them, and help them reconnect with their authentic self. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where every person feels seen, heard, and supported as they move toward greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting transformation.

Approach

I believe healing looks different for everyone, which is why I love offering a variety of ways to work together. Some people thrive in one-to-one sessions where we can gently explore what's beneath the surface and create a deeply personalized healing experience. Others find strength and connection in healing circles, realizing they're not alone in what they're experiencing. I also love teaching courses and workshops that empower people with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and lasting transformation they can continue long after the class ends. I enjoy connecting through live videos as well, where I can share guidance, education, and inspiration in a way that feels real and accessible. Whether someone joins me for a live, attends a circle, takes one of my courses, or works with me privately, my intention is always the same. I want every person to feel seen, heard, supported, and safe. I don't believe my role is to fix anyone. I believe my role is to walk alongside them, hold space with compassion, and help them reconnect with their own inner wisdom, strength, and authentic self. My greatest hope is that every person leaves our time together with more self-trust, more hope, and the reminder that they were never broken. They're simply remembering who they've always been.

Hi everyone, I'm Carrie Lynn, the heart behind Soul Journey Healing.

I'm so grateful to be here and to have the opportunity to introduce myself.

For a long time, I believed healing meant fixing what was broken. My own journey taught me something very different.

It taught me that we were never truly broken. We simply lost touch with who we are beneath the pain, the conditioning, the limiting beliefs, and the survival patterns we've carried for so long.

That realization changed my life, and it's the reason I do this work today.

Through Soul Journey Healing and REALity Shift Academy, I guide people through deep inner transformation using subconscious belief recoding, energy healing, nervous system support, intuitive guidance, and practical tools that help create lasting change.

My passion is helping people reconnect with their authentic selves, release the beliefs that keep them stuck, and begin creating a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.

I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering the person you've always been.

More than anything, I want to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves, where they feel seen without judgment, and where they can rediscover the strength and wisdom that's been within them all along.
